Published on 11 February 2023 at 13:05

Hey peeps!

Yes, I have a special announcement, but first I'd like to share about the pressures of dating.

Tell me, have you ever been pressured about dating? Who to date? Why you're older than twenty-one and not dating? Have you experienced pressures in dating? Has your partner pressured you? Have you pressured yourself for wanting to date? Have you lost hope in dating because of past mistakes, the pressures and wrong people you've allowed in your life? Has the pressure convinced you to give up or find a relationship your way?

Pressure is a big deal, and no one talks about it. This annoyance of anxiety has caused too many to run into the wrong arms, seek love in all the wrong places and wonder why their life isn't what they hoped it to be.

I've faced many pressures just like you in the area of dating, and have learned, and I'm still learning, how to seek peace and dismiss these pressures. Not all pressures can be dismissed and that's okay. There is a strong reason for some pressures in your life.

Even married folks have faced problems with dating their spouse. (Yes, you still date your partner even when you're married. That never changes. If and when it does, there needs to be a realization of this problem.) Married people can find themselves in the middle of pressures to date their spouse. There are pressures they have developed and perhaps never recognize that could be hurting their relationship. Such pressures can cause the worst to happen between marriages.

Divorce. Adultery. Unfaithfulness. Lust.

See. God takes relationship seriously. He didn't create relationship for it to be distorted or destroyed by worldly ways and views. We have conformed and compromised our focus of real relationship with the world's way of relationship. How so? By the pressures we face every day.

Therefore....

...drum roll please....

I have written and published a book called When The Pressure Is On Dating to help those, like me, fight their way through these pressures by using the word of God. Not only will you gain a better understanding of the meaning of pressure, but you will learn and desire to seek a godly and healthy relationship. The most important relationship before man, is with God. In this resourceful book, you will see the braiding of comparison for a relationship between you and your significant other, and you and God. This book is to encourage you and to point you to The Truth and The Beginning of relationship.

When The Pressure Is On: Dating has been officially released and is available on Amazon. You can buy a paperback, if you're like me and love building a bookshelf full of written stories, or you can go modern, like me as well, and read it on your iPhone or iPad through the Kindle eBook.

It has been a long journey for the past 7-8 months to write this book and I am truly grateful and thankful for the push I needed by my pastor and his wife, and of course God!

I am thrilled to share with you the stories, the studies and experiences God has shown and allowed me to go through to share with you all.

Please leave a review and feedback!
